Where is the pad located: The apartment is located in Etobicoke at 8 km from Pearson Airport.

 

Is there a washer and dryer: TThere is on-site coin operated laundry.

 

How many beds per room: Each room has about 4 beds (2 bunk beds).

 

How many beds per apartment: There is 12 beds in the 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment.

 

How many people are there per night: There are roughly 2 to 6 people in the pad at any given night. Of course there could be more or less, but more than 6 is a rarity.

 

Do you have a cleaning service: Yes, the apartments are professionally cleaned every week and, we expect our guest to keep the place tidy.

 

Is there storage space: Yes, there is a storage room where crew member leave their luggage. There is also drawers and closets for your clothing.

 

Is there transportation to and from the airport: Transportation to and from the airport should be taken care of personally. Popular modes of transportation are uber, and public transportation.

 

Are these cold or hot beds:  All of our beds are cold beds wich means that everyone have their own designated bed and we provide sheets, towels and a pillow.

 

Are all of your rooms and apartments co-ed: Yes. We have tried to separate men and women in the past and it was more of a headache than a benefit. Most people find once they get settled in, that it is not a big deal since all you do in the rooms is sleep.

 

Do you only accept flight attendants and pilots: Yes.

 

How will I gain access: We will provide you with a key for the apartment as well as a fob to enter the building apartment.

 

How much is the deposit: We ask for a $20 deposit for the key. We also ask the first and last month's rent. A one month notice is required when you no longer need the pad for the following month

 

How do you accept payment: You can send payments using the email address jpmarcotte40@hotmail.com. You can also pay cash or by check. The last month's rent is non refundable without a 30 day notice.

 

Is there grocery and restaurants nearby: Yes there is 2 grocery stores in walking distance as well as other convenient stores and 2 banks.
